Edwin Land quotation mug with pulled handle. Low-fire red and white clay, underglaze and clear glaze. Marbled and wheel thrown.
This was cracked in bisque firing and the cracks were serious and numerous. I was going to just throw it away but I thought I would put the Edwin Land quote on it and fire it as an experiment and to remind myself of how failures can be useful.
